Point

●先天性サイトメガロウイルス（CMV）感染は，妊婦の抗CMV抗体保有率の低下に伴い，今後増加することが懸念される．

●症候性先天性CMV感染に対しては，生後30日以内の抗ウイルス療法開始による予後改善効果が示されており，早期診断が大切である．

●先天性CMV感染に対しては，妊娠中の初感染予防が重要であり，抗体陰性者に対する啓発が重要である．

●未熟性の強い児では後天性CMV感染が重症化することがあり，予防・治療ガイドラインの作成が必要である．
