Point

●血球計数項目の外部精度評価（EQA）時に配布する新鮮抗凝固血液試料を作製する際は，分注時の攪拌操作が誤差要因となりうる．

●攪拌容器容量が大きい場合はロータリーミキサーによる攪拌のみでは十分に攪拌できないことがあり，用手法による転倒攪拌が不可欠である．

●適切な攪拌後30秒以内に分注した複数試料中ヘモグロビン濃度は，ほぼ一定である．
