Point

●肥満細胞症は，WHO分類2008では骨髄増殖性腫瘍（MPN）の1病型であったが，臨床的に多彩な経過をとるため，WHO分類2016では独立したカテゴリーとなった．病型分類に若干の変更がみられるが，診断基準に変更はない．

●WHO分類2008の“PDGFRA，PDGFRB，またはFGFR1の異常を有する好酸球増多症を伴う骨髄系/リンパ系腫瘍”のカテゴリーには，WHO分類2016では暫定病型として“t（8；9）（p22；p24.1）；PCM1-JAK2を伴う骨髄系/リンパ系腫瘍”が追加された．JAK阻害薬に反応するまれな病型である．
