アプロチニン入り採血管でのグルカゴン保存安定性

Summary

　グルカゴンは血中に分解酵素が混在するため，血漿分離時および検体保存時の安定性に問題があるとされている．今回，新規グルカゴン検査法の導入を契機に，従来のアプロチニン入り採血管での保存安定性を調べた．全血のまま室温に1時間，続けて冷蔵6時間の計7時間以内に血漿分離し，速やかに凍結すれば，グルカゴン値の変動は許容範囲であることが明らかとなった．
