術前検査

Point

●術前検査とは，患者の全身状態を把握し，患者が可能な限り最適な状態で手術に臨めるよう術前評価を行うことである．

●一般的な術前検査は，血液検査（血算，凝固，生化学，感染症），尿検査，胸部X線写真撮影，心電図検査，呼吸機能検査である．

●循環器疾患スクリーニング，肺塞栓症スクリーニング，合併症の評価，アレルギーの有無，休薬が必要な薬剤の有無，関節可動域の確認なども必要である．
