Point
●本ガイドラインでは17疾患を扱うが，頻度が高く薬剤耐性が問題となっている疾患は尿道炎である．
●尿道炎の診断では，まずは淋菌性尿道炎と非淋菌性尿道炎に大別する．
●淋菌の検出には鏡検法，培養法および核酸増幅法検査があるが，鏡検法は正確かつ最も迅速である．
●淋菌とマイコプラズマ・ジェニタリウムの薬剤耐性化が著しく，治療困難となりつつある．
