心腎症候群とは

Point

●心不全では高頻度に慢性腎臓病（CKD）を合併する．

●心不全とCKDの合併は心腎症候群と呼ばれ，治療を困難にするだけでなく予後を悪化させる．

●心腎連関の病態形成には，心拍出量低下による腎灌流低下ばかりでなく心不全による腎うっ血も関与する．

●心腎症候群の有効な治療法は確立しておらず，研究のさらなる進展が望まれる．
