POINT

●2017年，Clostridium difficile感染症（CDI）ガイドライン2010（IDSA/SHEA）が更新され，成人と小児のCDIについて，疫学，診断，治療，感染・環境管理の推奨がまとめられた．

●重症度分類の表記が非重症，重症，劇症となった．

●治療では，バンコマイシンとフィダキソマイシンが第一選択となった．
