POINT

●希少・新興真菌症における標準的な治療は確立されておらず，少ないエビデンスから最良の治療法を個別に判断する必要がある．

●ムーコル症は血液悪性腫瘍患者において予後不良な疾患であり，治療は外科的デブリードマンと抗真菌薬を併用する．

●フサリウム症やスケドスポリウム症は，特に遷延する好中球減少患者で予後不良である．

●黒色菌糸症では，臨床所見ごとに治療のアプローチが異なる．

●新興真菌症は，血液悪性腫瘍を背景に中心静脈カテーテルなどの異物が挿入されている患者で問題になることが多い．
