POINT

●急性期病院における接触予防策の期間に関する初めてのガイダンスである．

●ガイダンスは，各病院の現況に応じて適応すべきである．

●多剤耐性腸内細菌科細菌（MDR-E）については，接触予防策解除は慎重であるべきである．
