免疫不全者のワクチン（2013年，IDSA）

POINT

●不活化ワクチンは安全に接種できるが，その効果は健常者と比較して劣る可能性がある（高度の免疫不全者には生ワクチンの接種は避ける必要があるが，不活化ワクチンは原則接種可能）．

●免疫不全者と接する医療従事者や家族もワクチン接種が推奨される（ワクチンには免疫不全者へは接種できないものや，接種可能でも十分な効果を期待できないものがある．間接的に免疫不全患者を守るために接種が推奨される）．

●今後推奨が変更される可能性があるワクチンもあるため，最新の情報にも留意する．

　-米国では65歳以上への肺炎球菌ワクチンの推奨が2018年に見直される予定である．

　-2018年に新たな帯状疱疹サブユニットワクチンが認可された．米国では2017年に認可後，2018年に50歳以上へのワクチンとして推奨されている．
