POINT

●手指消毒を含めた標準予防策の徹底が重要である．

●中心静脈カテーテル（CVC）を挿入する際には，マキシマル・バリアプリコーションを行う．

●皮膚消毒はクロルヘキシジンアルコールを使用する．

●感染予防目的にカテーテルの定期的な交換は原則行わない．

●カテーテル関連血流感染（CRBSI）症は適切な対策を講じれば，ほぼ完全に感染予防をすることができる．
