Circulating tumor cell（CTC）の検査

Point

●癌医療においてプレシジョンメディシンの推進が求められており，繰り返しでの診断を可能とする非侵襲的診断に対するニーズが高まっている．

●循環腫瘍細胞（CTC）は複数の固形癌において予後予測因子であることが報告されており，臨床的意義を有することがこれまでの研究において確認されている．

●CTCの検出方法についてはさまざまな方法がこれまでに開発されているが，上皮マーカーなどを標的として濃縮するものと，それ以外のものに分別され，それぞれがメリットとデメリットを有する．

●CTCの臨床応用についても乳癌などでは早くから取り組まれてきているが，有効性が確立されたものはない．さらに，質的評価を加えることの取り組みが行われている．

●CTCを用いての二次的解析についてはこれまでに多くの取り組みがなされており，生細胞である特徴を有効に利用することで，血漿DNAなどとは異なる利用ができる可能性がある．
