生物学的偽陽性と抗リン脂質抗体

Point

●梅毒検査では，梅毒に感染していないにもかかわらず血清反応が陽性となる，生物学的偽陽性（BFP）をしばしば認める．

●BFPは自己免疫疾患などで認められるが，特に抗リン脂質抗体症候群（APS）との関連が深い．

●APSとは病原性自己抗体である抗リン脂質抗体（aPL）が産生され，動脈血栓症，静脈血栓症，習慣性流産などを引き起こす自己免疫疾患である．

●BFPをみた際はAPSの可能性を念頭に置くべきである．
