閉経と糖代謝異常

Point

●高齢女性の糖尿病有病率は高い．

●閉経によるホルモン変化が糖代謝に影響を与える可能性はあるが，明確なエビデンスはない．

●閉経期ホルモン療法（MHT）は，糖尿病新規発症リスクの低下や2型糖尿病女性の血糖コントロール改善に関与している．

●閉経後の女性は，定期的な糖代謝機能の検査を行うことが大切である．
