DIC診断基準における各分子マーカーの感度・特異度

Point

●今までの播種性血管内凝固（DIC）の診断では，一般的止血系検査〔プロトロンビン時間（PT），血漿フィブリノゲン，フィブリノゲン分解産物（FDP），血小板数など〕がマーカーとして使用されてきた．

●今回の日本血栓止血学会DIC診断基準2017年版には，一般的止血系検査にアンチトロンビン（AT）が，スコアリングシステムには可溶性フィブリンモノマー複合体（SFMC）/トロンビン・アンチトロンビン複合体（TAT）/プロトロンビンフラグメント1＋2（F1＋2）が追加されており，血小板の減少率も取り入れられている．

●先に挙げた変更点より，DICの臨床や研究がより進むことが期待されている．
