糖尿病の先制医療

Point

●先制医療は糖尿病ハイリスク群を科学的根拠に基づいて絞り込むことで，個人に応じたテーラーメイドな発症予防戦略を提供できる．

●2型糖尿病に対する先制医療を実施するために，個人の網羅的な遺伝素因の解析，胎生期から成人後の環境による個体への影響の評価，バイオマーカーの開発などが有用と考える．

●臨床検査は，糖尿病診断検査から糖尿病リスク抽出検査へとその範囲が広がると想定されるため，臨床検査技師の果たす役割は今後ますます重要となる．
