精神疾患の先制医療

Point

●精神障害の診断は精神症状に基づいてなされ，患者の訴えが不十分な場合や精神症状が共通する疾患の場合などでは，診断や治療開始の遅延，不適切な治療選択につながりうる．

●睡眠や眼球運動といった症状を客観的に評価することにより，疾患群と健常者との判別が可能となりつつある．

●ゲノム解析技術を含むオミックス解析によるバイオマーカー同定がなされれば，精神障害の診断法開発や，分子病態同定から治療法・予防法の開発につながりうる．

●精神症状による診断法に臨床検査を加えることで，患者が受ける医療の質の向上や患者のQOL向上につながることが期待されている．
