被災地における感染対策の注意点

Point

●漠然と不要な感染対策を被災者に求めることのないよう，どのような感染症の潜在的脅威があるのかを検討する．

●高齢化が進行したわが国では，避難時と避難後の生活において介助を要する災害弱者を質的かつ量的に把握したうえでの支援が求められる．

●発災急性期は，自助努力のみで対応することを想定する．院内感染対策もまた，最低限を守りながらも最善を目指した調整を重ねる必要がある．

●守るべき最低限の対策を見誤らないためにも，平時から日常業務においてプライオリティを意識して感染対策を行うようにしたい．
