てんかんの病態と病型

Point

●てんかんは，100人に1人と，最も頻度の高い慢性の脳神経疾患の1つであり，あらゆる年齢層において発症するcommon diseaseである．

●てんかんの発作分類は，発作起始の症状に基づいて焦点発作（focal seizure），全般発作（generalized seizure）に大別する．

●てんかん分類は「てんかん発作型」，「てんかん類型」，「てんかん症候群」の主軸に加えて，病因や併存疾患など多元的因子に基づいて分類する．
