本疾患の超音波検査の進め方

■基本手順

1．大動脈弁の形態評価・上行大動脈の観察

（1）傍胸骨左室長軸断面や短軸断面大動脈弁レベルを用いて，弁・交連部や弁輪の石灰化，弁の可動性や開放制限，弁尖数を観察する．弁の収縮期ドーミングを認める場合は，大動脈二尖弁も疑って観察する．
