本疾患の超音波検査の進め方

■基本手順

　肺高血圧症を疑う患者や肺高血圧症を合併する可能性がある疾患（膠原病など）に罹患する患者に対しては，積極的に心エコー検査でスクリーニングを行うことが推奨されている^4）．
