Candida aurisと薬剤耐性

Point

●Candida aurisは多剤耐性の病原真菌であり,治療・感染対策が困難という特徴がある.アウトブレイクの起因微生物として,また,公衆衛生上の重大な問題として,世界中で注目されている.

●現在,商業ベースで行われている手法では同定が困難であるため,そもそも認知すること自体が困難であることが問題である.わが国からの報告は非常に少ないが,今後,増えることが予想される.

●世界の株は薬剤耐性度が高いことが報告されているが,日本株は比較的薬剤感受性が保たれている.この理由として抗真菌薬曝露が乏しい,日本株の生来の特徴などが考えられる.

●系統解析では日本株は独立したクレードを形成しており,日本株が世界株と異なる特徴をもつ理由が遺伝子的な要因で説明できる可能性がある.
