Point

●季節性インフルエンザの流行期や集団発生時に急激な悪寒発熱に続く頭痛や関節痛および上気道炎症状があれば，陽性的中率は80％を超える．

●インフルエンザ抗原迅速診断キットは感度が十分に高くなく偽陰性を生じやすいため，流行期や集団発生時は抗原迅速検査陰性だけで安易に除外しない．

●抗インフルエンザ薬の証明されている有効性は，発症から48時間以内の服用開始で薬1日の症状期間短縮効果である．

●抗インフルエンザ薬治療の本来の適応は重症化リスクとなる基礎疾患，乳幼児，高齢者，妊婦褥婦であり，その場合は積極的に投与する．
