薬物療法における臨床検査の意義と役割

Point

●薬物療法における効果の予測や副作用の予防・軽減のために，薬物血中濃度，バイオマーカー，遺伝子検査などの臨床検査が用いられている．

●臨床試験では，厳格な治験参加条件に見合う限られた患者が選択されていることから，一部の薬剤では臨床現場において最適な用法・用量の選択を行わなければならない．

●効果的で安全な薬物療法を実践するためには，薬物動態（PK）や薬力学（PD）の理解と臨床検査の活用によるモニタリングが必要である．

●抗がん剤投与をはじめ，多くの薬物療法の主体は外来治療となっていることから，院外における臨床検査値の活用が求められている．
