Point

●関節リウマチ（RA）治療の第1選択薬であるメトトレキサート（MTX）に関連したリンパ増殖性疾患（LPD，悪性リンパ腫を含む）の発症予測には血中可溶性インターロイキン（IL）-2レセプター（sIL-2R）の測定が有用である．

●アザチオプリンによって全脱毛と重篤な白血球減少をきたす症例が日本人では約1％に存在する．そのリスク因子であるNUDT15の遺伝子多型が保険で検査できるようになった．

●RA患者に対してインフリキシマブ（IFX）有効性の目安はトラフ値＝1μg/mLである．レミチェックQによってそのトラフ値推定が可能となった．
