薬物中毒診療における臨床検査の活用

Point

●薬物中毒の治療において網羅的な臨床検査の有用性は低い．現病歴や臨床症状から薬物を絞り込んで適切な検査を実施する．

●乱用薬物のスクリーニング検査が実施されることは多いが，診断，治療において必ずしも有用性が高い検査とはいえない．

●血中濃度測定が治療選択に有用な薬物は限定的であるが，臨床現場での遭遇頻度が高いアセトアミノフェン，アスピリンにおいては必須である．

●エタノール血中濃度測定はしばしば実施されるが，必ずしも臨床症状と相関しないため，臨床的意義には乏しい．
