はじめに

　骨髄塗抹標本の観察による形態学的検査は病型分類の第一歩である．一部の症例では，特徴的な形態所見から病型およびそれに伴う染色体異常をある程度，推測することができる．一方で，異常細胞が認められてもその形態学的特徴からは細胞系統の判断が付かず，その後の効率的な追加検査に迷う場合がある．

　本稿では，上記のような系統由来や病型分類の判断に迷う異常細胞について，筆者らの経験した実症例を含めて紹介する．
