Point

●インバリアントナチュラルキラーT（iNKT）細胞は末梢血リンパ球の0.1％以下を占めるリンパ球分画であり，強力な抗腫瘍効果を発揮するとともに，感染症や自己免疫疾患など幅広い免疫応答に関与する．

●iNKT細胞が発現するインバリアントなT細胞抗原受容体は，抗原提示分子CD1d拘束性に糖脂質を認識する．

●iPS細胞由来iNKT細胞を用いた養子免疫療法の開発として，頭頸部がんを対象とした医師主導治験が開始されている．
