好中球増多症

Point

●顆粒球コロニー刺激因子（G-CSF）は免疫を賦活するサイトカインであり，主に血管内皮細胞，線維芽細胞，マクロファージなどで産生され，骨髄系前駆細胞に作用して好中球への分化・成熟を促す．

●担癌患者で他に原因のない著明な好中球増多症を認めた場合，腫瘍がG-CSFを産生している可能性がある．

●G-CSF産生腫瘍は組織学的に低分化で予後不良なことが多く，その増殖・進行にG-CSFの自己分泌がかかわっている．

●G-CSF産生腫瘍に特異的な治療はなく，同じ原発臓器の癌に準じた治療が行われている．
