●中枢神経系合併症を疑った場合は非感染性を含め原因の精査を行う.
●中枢神経系合併症の鑑別を検討する際に,移植後の時期は非常に重要な情報となる.
●感染性合併症の原因病原体としてはヒトヘルペスウイルス6(HHV-6)をはじめとしたウイルスが比較的多い.
●HHV-6脳炎は,生着前後までに軽微な精神・神経症状が出た場合に最初に疑い,経験的治療導入を検討する.
●中枢神経系合併症を疑った場合は非感染性を含め原因の精査を行う.
●中枢神経系合併症の鑑別を検討する際に,移植後の時期は非常に重要な情報となる.
