高齢者の耳鼻咽喉科疾患予防—加齢性難聴

Point

●超高齢社会において聴覚障害（難聴）が急増しており，難聴対策が世界的にも喫緊の課題となっている．

●聴覚障害（難聴）はコミュニケーションの障害となり，認知症やうつの危険因子の1つであり社会的にも大きな問題となっている．

●根治的治療法のない加齢性難聴では予防と補聴器による介入が重要である．

●職場を定年退職後の高齢者にとって聴力検査を受ける機会がないことが大きな問題であり，高齢者の認知症やうつ予防の早期介入のために聴覚検診の整備が急務である．
