乳房再建術後の人工物感染症

Point

●乳房再建術後には，TE（tissue expander）やインプラントの感染症がある．

●乳房再建術後の人工物感染症は，遅発性に発症する場合も多い．

●起因菌は，ブドウ球菌が多いが，迅速発育抗酸菌や真菌が原因になることもある．

●サルベージ治療が検討される症例もあるが，感染コントロール不良の場合は人工物の抜去がgold standardである．
