注意欠陥/多動性障害に神経性無食欲症が合併した1例

はじめに

　注意欠陥/多動性障害(以下，AD/HD)の症状は，成人期にも50～80％の例で残存すると指摘されており，とりわけ気分障害をはじめとした種々の精神障害との合併が多くみられることから，近年，臨床上注目されてきている^1,4)。摂食障害との合併についての報告はごく少数^2,3,5,7,8)であり，中でも神経性無食欲症(以下，AN)との合併報告は調べ得た限り本邦ではない。今回，両者の合併と考えられる症例を経験したので報告し，合併機序に関して考察したい。
