日本語版National Adult Reading Test（JART）を用いた統合失調症患者の発病前知能推定の検討

抄録
　統合失調症などの精神神経疾患患者においては，知的機能の減退の有無や程度を見極め，患者の診断などに役立てることが重要であるが，日本人統合失調症患者の病前IQ推定に関してはまだ検討がない。そこで本研究では，松岡らにより標準化された日本語版NART（JART）と簡易版WAIS-Rを統合失調症患者と健常者に実施した。その結果，健常者ではJART推定IQとWAIS-R推定IQの間に差はなかったのに対し，統合失調症患者においてはJART推定IQがWAIS-R推定IQよりも有意に高かった。この結果はCrawfordらと一致するものであり，JARTは統合失調症患者の病前IQ推定に一定の妥当性を持つと考えられる。
