統合失調症におけるペロスピロン置換前後の事象関連電位と精神症状の変化：予備的検討

　聴覚事象関連電位P300を用い，ペロスピロンが統合失調症の認知機能障害に及ぼす作用を検討した。統合失調症患者8名を対象とし，ペロスピロンへの置換前後で，標準的な聴覚oddball課題を施行し，P300成分を求め，精神症状(PANSS)を評価した。置換前後で，P300成分の有意な変化を認めなかった。しかし，P300振幅の変化量と精神症状の変化量との間に有意な負の相関を認めた。本研究の結果は予備的であるが，ペロスピロンへの置換によりP300成分の改善がみられる統合失調症患者において精神症状の改善を認めた。このことは，統合失調症患者の一部でペロスピロンによる精神症状の改善の脳基盤として，電気生理学的な認知機能の改善が関与する可能性を示唆している。
