幻覚・妄想を伴った皮質基底核変性症の2症例

抄録
　1968年にRebeizらは，一側上肢の随意運動拙劣，不随意運動，姿勢異常，眼球運動障害が緩徐に進行した症例を報告し，1989年にGibbらが皮質基底核変性症（CBD）という名称を提唱した。本症では経過中にうつ・意欲低下などの精神症状を認めることがあるが，幻覚・妄想についての報告はあまりない。今回，Langらの診断基準に基づきprobable CBDと診断した典型的な2症例に幻覚・妄想を認めたので報告した。
