統合失調症患者とその家族におけるスティグマ認知―精神症状および主観的ウェルビーイングとの関連

抄録

　統合失調症の治療への悪影響が指摘されているスティグマ認知に焦点を当て，外来患者とその家族を対象に質問紙調査を行い，症状および主観的ウェルビーイングとの関連について検討した。患者本人のスティグマ認知は幻覚・妄想の改善量と有意な相関を示した。家族のスティグマ認知は患者の現症と有意な相関を示したことに加え，患者と家族のスティグマ認知がともに低い場合に幻覚・妄想は最も軽度であった。また，家族のスティグマ認知高群では，患者のセルフコントロール感が低下していた。患者と家族のスティグマ認知は陽性症状と関連しており，本人への介入に加え，家族のスティグマ認知が改善するような心理社会的支援の重要性が示唆された。
