Cilostazolが奏効した老年期うつ病の2症例

抄録

　近年抗血小板薬であるcilostazolが認知機能を改善することや，ラクナ梗塞患者の抑うつ症状に著効したとの報告がなされ，脳血管性認知症やいわゆる血管性うつ病に対する効果が期待されている。今回我々は多発脳梗塞を有し老年期うつ病(血管性うつ病)と診断され，抗うつ薬の効果が不十分であった2症例に対し，cilostazolを追加投与したところ奏効を示した2症例を経験した。その作用機序としてcilostazolの血管拡張作用による脳血流改善効果やcAMP濃度上昇によるCREBリン酸化促進などが関係しているものと考えられた。
