Milnacipranにてけいれん発作を生じたうつ病の1例

はじめに

　Milnacipranは現在本邦唯一のSNRI(serotonin noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor)であり，副作用の少ない抗うつ薬として知られている。今回，うつ病にてmilnacipranを投与中，けいれん発作が誘発された1例を経験した。我々の調べた限りでは，てんかんの既往のない症例でmilnacipranによりけいれん発作が誘発されたという報告はないため，抗うつ薬とけいれん発作との関連について考察を加えて報告する。
