「踏み越え」による少年犯罪の探索的分析

　本研究の目的は犯罪抵抗性，すなわち犯罪行動への「踏み越え」を容易にさせる条件について，現代日本のコンテクストに従って検証することである。男子非行少年36名と一般高校生138名を対象に，「踏み越え」による犯罪の程度や性格特性などを質問紙法によってデータ収集し，解析を行った。また，評価に用いた6項目の「踏み越え」を容易にさせる因子群が，互いにどのような位置関係にあるのかを検討するために，探索的因子分析を実施した。その結果，「踏み越え」の構成因子は3つに集約され，「踏み越え」度の程度によって性格特性のタイプを2つに類型化できることを見いだした。最近の犯罪行動について，「踏み越え」という視点から考察を試みた。
