Fluvoxamineの投与後アカシジアを呈し自殺企図に至った老年期うつ病の1症例

はじめに

　選択的セロトニン再取り込み阻害薬（SSRI）の副作用として，アカシジアを含む錐体外路症状が知られている。SSRIによる錐体外路症状の頻度は0.25％程度とされ，副作用としては比較的まれである。我々はfluvoxamineの単剤投与直後よりアカシジアを生じ，自殺企図を理由に入院に至った老年期うつ病の症例を経験したので報告する。
