統合失調症における言語性記憶の近赤外線スペクトロスコピーによる検討

抄録

　統合失調症の認知機能障害に関してはこれまで多くの報告があり，その中でも言語性記憶は最も強く障害されているとされている。今回我々は，統合失調症の患者17名と健常者17名に対して，記銘の際にカテゴリ化を要する単語記憶課題を施行し，その際の前頭葉血流変化を近赤外線スペクトロスコピー(NIRS)を用いて測定した。課題成績は患者群で有意に低下しており，また単語記銘に伴う両側前頭前野での酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度変化は患者群で有意に低下していた。統合失調症の患者は言語性記憶の際にカテゴリなどの手がかりを効率よく利用することができない可能性があり，それには前頭前野の活動の低下が関与していることが示唆された。
