精神科臨床スタッフの感情表出に影響を与える要因―Nurse Attitude Scaleの信頼性・妥当性と下位尺度の意味するものについての検討

抄録

　臨床スタッフの患者に対する感情表出を測定するためのNurse Attitude Scale(NAS)の信頼性・妥当性の検討を行い，さらに下位尺度(敵意・批判・肯定的言辞)が意味するものの検討を行うことで，スタッフへの適切なサポートのあり方について検討した。臨床スタッフ281名を対象に3つの尺度(NAS，Feeling Checklist日本語版，精神障害者に対する態度尺度)を用いて調査を行い，NASの下位尺度と有意な関係があった項目について重回帰分析を行った。それぞれの下位尺度について有効な示唆が得られたが，特に批判については寄与率が54.6％であり，今回示した独立変数は批判の構造をよく説明しているものと考えられた。
