前頭葉機能に関する行動評価尺度Frontal Systems Behavior Scale日本語版の標準化と信頼性，妥当性の検討

抄録

　前頭葉機能に関する行動評価スケールは数少なく，日本語版として標準化されたものは存在しなかった。本研究では，米国で作成されたFrontal Systems Behavior Scale(FrSBe)の日本語版を作成し，その信頼性・妥当性を検討した。健常者528名を対象に配布・回収し解析した結果，下位尺度得点のいずれかに年齢・性・教育年数が影響したため，原版同様に分類した標準化表を作成した。また，再検査信頼性はおおむね良好であった。さらに外傷性前頭葉損傷患者群10名について健常群と比較したところ，自己評価版，家族評価版とも全下位尺度で有意な差を認めた。日本語版FrSBeは前頭葉機能に関する行動評価尺度として有用と考える。
