障害児を持つ母親と健常児を持つ母親の感情表出―子どもの問題行動，母子の対面時間との関連

抄録

　感情表出(expressed emotion, EE)は家族の関係性を表す概念で，いくつかの疾患や子どもの問題行動について，高EEと評価された家族と暮らす人の予後が不良であることが確認されている。本研究では，障害児を持つ母親(臨床群)50名と健常児を持つ母親(対照群)60名に質問紙調査を行い，臨床群26名，対照群43名より得られた回答を基に分析を行った。その結果，①臨床群は対照群より高EEである，②母親の高EEと子どもの問題行動との間には正の相関がある，③臨床群においては，子どもの問題行動が多いとする母親は，対面時間の長い人のほうが高EEである割合が高いことが明らかになった。
