ミルナシプラン投与終了後の離脱症状および寛解の持続について

抄録

　ミルナシプラン単剤で投薬を終了し，調査に同意が得られたうつ病患者31例を対象に離脱症状の有無および投薬終了後の寛解維持時間について遡及的に調査した(16例は直接面接，15例は電話による聞き取り調査)。調査した全症例において離脱症状を疑わせる症状を呈した症例はなかった。また，4例(12.9％)においてうつ病を再発・再燃したが，27例(87.1％)で寛解が保たれていた。ミルナシプラン断薬後5年間の寛解維持率は83.5％であった。断薬後の離脱症状の有無および寛解維持は患者が医療から自立するうえで重要であり，本検討は維持療法におけるミルナシプランの有用性を示した重要な予備的調査であると考えられた。
