非行少年における自殺念慮のリスク要因

抄録

　本研究では，少年鑑別所と少年院の被収容者636名(男子572名，女子64名，17.0±1.9歳)を対象とする自記式質問票による調査から，自殺念慮に関係するリスク要因に関する検討を行った。「自殺念慮の経験あり」群と「自殺念慮の経験なし」群との間における単変量分析で有意差の認められた項目を独立変数として強制投入し，多変量分析を行ったところ，「性別(男性)」(Odds ratio 2.674)，「情緒的虐待」(Odds ratio 2.225)，「家族のアルコール問題」(Odds ratio 2.316)，「自己切傷」(Odds ratio 3.559)，「自己殴打」(Odds ratio 2.525)，「肥満恐怖」(Odds ratio 1.888)，「違法薬物の使用経験」(Odds ratio 2.144)が，自殺念慮に関係する要因として抽出された。
