矯正施設男性被収容少年における性被害体験の経験率と臨床的特徴―女性被害者との比較

抄録

　本研究では，矯正施設被収容少年における男性の性被害体験者の臨床的特徴を明らかにするために，女性の性被害体験者との間で，性被害体験の内容やその心理的影響に関する比較を行った。対象は，少年鑑別所および少年院の被収容少年301名(男性270名，女性31名)であり，自記式質問票による調査の結果，男性の9.3％(25名)，女性の54.8％(17名)に性被害体験が認められた。男女別にそれぞれ性被害体験の有無による比較を行ったところ，性被害体験と自殺念慮・自殺関連行動との関連は男性被収容者でのみ有意であった。男性および女性の性被害体験者との比較では，加害者の属性や被害内容には差がなく，PTSD症状，抑うつ，解離の程度に関しても，男女間で差がなかった。以上により，男性の性被害体験も，女性の場合と同様，深刻な心理的影響を及ぼしている可能性が示唆された。
