臨床症状に明らかな差異を認めた一卵性双生児自閉症一致例

はじめに

　自閉症の発症に関して，複数の大規模な双生児研究が行われた結果，その発症一致率は二卵性に比べて一卵性で有意に高いことが明らかとなり，遺伝的要因が深く関与することが示唆された³⁾。ともに自閉症を発症した一卵性双生児においては，一般にその臨床症状や重症度が酷似する。しかし我々は，自閉症の発症において診断の一致を認めたものの，生下時の合併症やその後の知的レベル，対人関係や新たな環境への適応などの臨床症状に明らかな差を認めた一卵性双生児の男児例を経験したのでここに報告する。なお，本症例を報告するのに際し，保護者より書面にて同意を得た。
